These sessions are great for women and girls who want individual attention, want to learn with a friend, or even just want to progress faster.
They are suitable for all age groups and especially beneficial if you are anxious, nervous or reluctant to learn in a group setting.
As well as covering basic self defence techniques from standing, to being grabbed or even taken to the ground, we also cover essentials such as assertiveness, body
language and situational awareness.
1-2-1 sessions are great as we can work with you to meet your individual needs and help you gain condfidence and achieve your goals faster.
