I'm Nikki, I'm 46 years old and I teach Strike Back self defense training for Women.
I’ve spent many years helping women build strength and confidence through strength training and health coaching, and now I’m bringing that same passion into self‑defense.
My goal is simple—to give women and girls (from age 10 upwards) the practical skills and mindset to feel safer, stronger, and more in control wherever they go.
Over the years, I’ve worked in some roles where good self‑defense skills and a strong awareness of risk were essential. Those experiences taught me how important it is to trust your instincts, stay alert, and have simple, practical techniques you can call on if you ever need them.
In every session, I create a safe, friendly, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace.
You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or have any prior experience—just a willingness to give it a go.
For me, self‑defense isn’t about living in fear. It’s about empowerment.
It’s about knowing you have options, you have strength, and you have the tools to protect yourself.
