Our WOMEN'S ONLY Instructor Program is a transformative 3-day, in-person course that qualifies you as a Level 1 instructor, ready to empower women and girls in your community.
- You’ll learn how to deliver our female-specific curriculum, which combines both physical self-defence techniques and vital non-physical skills. These life-saving tools are designed to help women and girls stay safe and confident in the face of real-world challenges.
