Our programme is the perfect mix of traditional martial arts and modern self-defence skills applicable in the real world. Our classes not only teach you how to protect yourself - they also instill the awareness skills necessary to avoid becoming a victim.
Most people associate martial arts with fighting, kicks, and punches. While we definitely practice drills that you can expect during martial arts classes, the truth is that confidence and mental focus are some of the biggest benefits our members report!
You’ll not only burn amazing calories while learning life-saving self-defence moves, but you’ll gain a mental clarity that you’ve never experienced before.
We recommend the women’s classes for anyone aged 16+.
However we can make exceptions if you wish to train together with a daughter who is younger.
We work on a monthly direct debit basis for payments. Classes run during school term times only from Sept -July. You are not tied into a contract - however we do ask for a one month notice period to cancel.
You will learn how to defend yourself and stay safe! We use Krav Maga based principles to teach you how to protect yourself from violence and threats of violence. This will be a combination of awareness, verbal communication skills as well as physical skills.
What we teach is very unique and will definitely empower you with the confidence and knowledge that you able to keep yourself safe from harm and threats wherever you may be!
