Our classes are fantastic fun-filled and dynamic sessions. They teach you how to stand, punch, strike, and kick. They also teach you how to stand your ground and walk and talk with increased confidence. We work on discipline, assertiveness, and self-belief.
Our classes will teach you all the essential self defence skills against the most common attacks women face. But beyond that, we also teach you how to recognise a dangerous situation before it develops and if possible how to deescalate it.
We will give you the skills and tools to become more street-aware and switched on.
With regular attendance, you will learn amazing skills for self defence, whilst increasing your stamina, fitness, and building both your physical and mental strength.

No. Our classes are suitable for complete beginners, whatever your fitness. We believe Self Defence is for everyone whatever your fitness level is!
Absolutely! Self defence is a life skill everyone needs to learn. You know your limitations better than anyone and we would always encourage you to work safely within those. We can adapt techniques and anything else we do to ensure you are gaining the maximum benefit from what we teach.
We recommend the women’s classes for anyone aged 16+.
However we can make exceptions if you wish to train together with a daughter who is younger.
We work on a monthly direct debit basis for payments. Classes run during school term times only from Sept -July. You are not tied into a contract - however we do ask for a one month notice period to cancel.
You will learn how to defend yourself and stay safe! We use Krav Maga based principles to teach you how to protect yourself from violence and threats of violence. This will be a combination of awareness, verbal communication skills as well as physical skills.
What we teach is very unique and will definitely empower you with the confidence and knowledge that you able to keep yourself safe from harm and threats wherever you may be!
