Hi, I’m Tracey Payne, a self defence instructor and proud owner of Strike Back Burton on Trent. I’ve lived in this amazing community for over 30 years, and as a mum of four, I know how important it is to feel safe, strong, and capable — not just for ourselves, but for those we love.

My passion lies in empowering women and girls through simple, effective self defence techniques that anyone can use, no matter their background or ability. I believe knowledge is power, and I’m dedicated to helping others build confidence and take control of their personal safety.
